Jade GT offers a Free Forever tier for hobbyists and a Pro subscription for working photographers. Pro lifts every batch and daily cap and unlocks RAW, Direct Save, Map Studio, and project persistence. $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year.

  • What Pro unlocks

    Unlimited batches and daily edits, Direct Save, RAW with sidecar files (the small .xmp companion Lightroom and Capture One read), Map Studio, batch Stock Readiness, and project persistence.

  • Secure billing

    Stripe handles every charge. Jade GT never sees or stores your credit card. Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • No passwords

    Pro status restores on a new device through an email-based Magic Link. The only credential is the email you used at checkout.

Trying a Pro-only feature on the Free tier opens an Upgrade dialog. Nothing turns off silently.

Pricing

Two billing options. Same features, paid monthly or yearly.

  • Monthly

    $9.99 per month. Stripe charges you on the same day each month. Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • Annual

    $89.99 per year. Saves $29.89 a year compared to the monthly plan (about 25% off). One charge, twelve months of Pro.

Already on monthly?

Jade GT shows a small banner offering the annual upgrade after you have been on the monthly plan for 7 days. You can also switch from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Stripe puts the unused time on your monthly plan toward the annual charge.

Upgrading to Pro

Click the Upgrade button in the header at any time. Pro features unlock the moment Stripe confirms the payment.

    Pro features unlock the moment Stripe confirms payment. The Pro badge appears in the header and the daily and batch caps lift right away.

    Pro status follows your billing email, not the device. Sign in on a new browser or phone with the Magic Link and you're Pro there too.

Managing your subscription

Pro users manage their account through the Stripe Customer Portal. Click the Pro badge in the header to open it.

  • Billing history and invoices

    Every charge shows up with a downloadable PDF invoice you can forward to your accountant.

  • Update payment method

    Swap to a new card or update an expired one without breaking your billing cycle.

  • Switch monthly to annual

    Change billing schedule at any time. Stripe credits the remaining time on your current plan.

  • Cancel any time

    One click in the portal. Pro stays active until the end of your current billing period, then drops to Free. No surprise charges.

Restoring on a new device

Jade GT does not require a password. Pro status follows the email you used at checkout, restored through a one-time email link.

  1. Click Upgrade in the header.
  2. Click Restore Purchase at the bottom of the upgrade window.
  3. Enter the email you used at checkout.
  4. Stripe emails a secure link. Click it on the new device to unlock Pro.

The link expires after one use

The Magic Link is single-use and time-limited. If the link expires before you click it, repeat steps 1 to 3 to get a fresh one.

Troubleshooting

I upgraded but Pro features still show as locked

Stripe usually confirms payment within a few seconds, but the confirmation can take up to a minute on a busy day. Refresh the tab once. If Pro still doesn't appear, sign back in through Restore Purchase with the same email. That forces a fresh check.

The restore email never arrived

Check your spam folder. Stripe emails sometimes land there. Confirm you typed the same email you used at checkout (typos are the most common cause). If both check out, open the Pro badge → Stripe Customer Portal on a device that's already signed in and re-send the link from there.

I see two charges on my card

The first charge may be an authorization hold (a temporary placeholder) that Stripe releases within a few days. If both charges settle, contact support through the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe can refund duplicates without affecting your subscription.

I want to switch from monthly to annual

Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the Pro badge and pick the annual plan. Stripe credits the time left on your monthly cycle toward the annual charge.

I cancelled by mistake

Sign in to the Stripe Customer Portal and click Renew on the cancelled subscription. As long as the current billing period hasn't ended, your Pro status never lapsed.

The Upgrade dialog won't close

The dialog stays up until you complete a checkout, click Restore Purchase, or close it with the X in the top right. Pressing Esc also closes it.
